Tha acquisition of SPIRALIT is now official

It is with pride that we announce with this communication that starting from 25/11/2021 the Company SPIRALIT S.r.l. changed its corporate structure and the sole shareholder became KLINGER ITALY S.r.l., the Italian Business Unit of the KLINGER GROUP, international leader in the production and distribution of industrial gaskets, valves and instrumentation.

SPIRALIT S.r.l., historic company in the province of Milan, has been active for 25 years in the production of industrial gaskets and sealing systems and thanks to the hard work of its founders, Marco Santiani and Gennaro Scotti, it has grown steadily in the Italian market. Continuing to invest in up-to-date production systems such as the most recent Water Jet, Flash Cut, Warehouses and automatic spiraling machines, equipped with the most sophisticated nesting software, which allow for precision and timeliness in production, as well as paying particular attention to meticulous adoption of strict quality control processes, attested by the TA-L0ft VDl-2440 and UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certifications, the Company has achieved very high levels of Know-How and Customer Satisfaction over time.

The acquisition is part of an industrial plan aimed at the further development of the Company and its Brand, both in the domestic market and in foreign markets thanks to the consequent strengthening of the Sealing Division of the KLINGER GROUP and is an operation that allows KLINGER ITALY Srl to create new important production synergies and to enhance its offer to partners, customers and subsidiaries, adding to the already wide range of products manufactured in the main headquarters in Rho (Ml) and in the Burocco Division in Pray (BI) the equally wide range of SPIRALIT.

The activity of SPIRALIT S.r.l. will continue normally and all contracts and commercial agreements remain in place and all references such as CF and PIVA, operational headquarters and reference contacts remain unchanged, only the registered office has been changed in Viale A. De Gasperi 88 - 20017 Rho (Milan) - ltaly. Gennaro Scotti and Marco Santiani will continue to work in SPIRALIT as managing directors for the development of important projects in the field of Sales Business Development and Operations Excellence.
