In 1922, Richard Klinger designed the first piston valve.
The closing system of a conventional globe valve with a cylindrical piston is replaced and the seal is guaranteed by two elastic rings easily replaceable. The constant research done by KLINGER has allowed over the years to improve the technology of the sealing ring, with a constant increase in performance.
All the valves manufactured by KLINGER (piston valves, ball valves and butterfly valves and district heating valves) are ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified for quality and environmental management respectively.
