Pakings

The packing is a sealing element obtained by interlacing wires. They can be made using a single or multiple materials.
The packing is usually used as an alternative to traditional mechanical seals and finds its main application in the construction of pumps or valves, where it is installed in order to prevent the leakage of process fluid.
Due to its composition, they can be used for both static and dynamic couplings, especially on shafts and rods.
