BUROCCO's incorporation is formalized by the board

KLINGER Italy Srl is proud to announce the successful merger by incorporation of the company Burocco Industrial Valves Srl, based in Pray (BI), which from 1 May 2021 becomes an integral part of our structure. The merger follows the integration process that has already taken place since the acquisition in 2019. KLINGER Italy Srl takes over all the rights and obligations of the incorporated company, continuing in all its legal relationships, active and passive, prior to the merger.

With this operation, KLINGER Italy secures the production line of Burocco, a company specialized in the industrial valves sector and very active in the textile, food and pharmaceutical sectors thanks to the range of cryogenic and regulation valves, complementary to all the products already supplied by the group.
