PROBLEM SOLVED IN FRANCE BY KLINGERS

Klinger Italy flies to France for a technical tour; the customers are satisfied!

During the first week of March we made a tour for technical service along with our colleagues Patrick Hebiger and Lorent Guerault of our French sister company (Klinger KF Fluid) visiting different important customers like Smurfit-Kappa, Barep, Babcock, Perigord.

Specifically, due to a problem previously arisen on a old TA120 (Transparent Level Gauge for high pressure and high temperature level) operating at Smurfit Kappa premises (www.smurfitkappa-cellulosedupin.fr) near Bordeaux, a new model was installed and put into operation by Mr. Vito Trovato of our Production along with our Quality & Technical Manager Mr. Antonio Caprari and the Smurfit Maintenance Staff.

The customer, represented by Mr. Ludovic Barba (Smurfit Maintenance Manager), was really satisfied for our prompt service, the skills of our staff and the suggestions learned during the start-up of the new TA120.
